John has extensive experience representing clients in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate assets throughout the western U.S. John takes a detail oriented approach to potential investments and enjoys the challenge of complex transactions across all asset classes. Prior to co-founding Quiver Investments, John was a partner in a Colorado based commercial real estate brokerage. Before his career in real estate, John worked for a nationwide general contractor and was involved in the project management and supervision of two luxury high rise developments in downtown Denver, bringing a diverse background as an asset to his clients.

Ben has spent his career spanning all facets of investment, development and construction on both national and international projects. Prior to co-founding Quiver Investments, Ben was a partner in a Colorado based investment firm where he sourced, structured and oversaw opportunistic development and investment projects across multiple commercial asset classes, managing the entire life cycle including financial analysis, design, leasing, construction, asset management and investor reporting. Prior to that role, Ben oversaw real estate development for a multi-national publicly traded company, completing large industrial developments and dispositions across the United States, Canada and western Europe.
